Professional Supervision

I am a qualified Supervisor for counsellors and registered with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) as an accredited Supervisor and also a qualified Supervisor for clinical hypnotherapists and registered with the Australian Association of Clinical Hypnotherapy & Psychotherapy (AACHP) and the Australian Society of Clinical Hypnotherapists (ASCH) as an accredited Supervisor. 


The documentation that has been produced by the ACA, the AACHP and the ASCH regarding supervision explains the purpose and procedures of professional supervision in some detail and perhaps the only thing that I would specifically like to reiterate here is that Supervision is primarily about supporting and mentoring rather than any of the more "hierarchechal" connotations of the term "supervising".

 

Prior to contacting me regarding clinical supervision, please peruse my website to get a feel for the kind of work I do and please be aware that I do not offer supervision in HypnoBirthing or Metaphysical Hypnotherapy.
