Hypnotherapy for Weight Loss

You have probably read the well-publicised statistic that 95% of people who lose weight by dieting will regain the weight (and often with a bit extra!) within 1-5 years. 


So what can you do? If what you have tried in the past hasn’t worked, you need to do something different and that "something different" needs to last. 

Certainly, if you need or want to get rid of unwanted kilos, that is a primary goal for you but the key to success is about permanent lifestyle changes. Taking control of eating and exercise habits is all in the mind and your mind can help you to move forward with thoughts, feelings and behaviours that create and support a healthy weight and a positive self image.

Hypnotherapy is an extremely effective vehicle for “re-programming” the subconscious mind to allow you to change your relationship with your body, with food, with exercise and with yourself.  I have helped many people get rid of unwanted kilos and my approach incorporates a range of techniques aimed at an everyday comfortable approach which is about healthy pleasurable eating and regular exercise which will last.

You might also be interested to know that in August 2005, Australian reporter for the ABC TV science programme “Catalyst”, Paul Willis, put hypnosis to the test himself for weight loss and found it easy to lose 5 kilos in a month.
